Account cum Admin Coordinator (Ref: MS18)

Job Responsibilities

  • Account

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process payments and receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting and daily sales reporting.
  • Follow up customer on outstanding invoice.
  • Monitor of goods in transit included excess stock, loan set and free sample.
  • CTOS (buying report/ eTR submission as request).
  • Resolve billing discrepancy and customer inquiries.
  • Update data of daily custom duty.
  • E-invoice: Customer tax entity maintenance and Self-billed invoice.
  • Liaise with sales members regarding account issues as billing, credit note and shipments matters.
  • Assist and setting customer credit control limits.
  • Support internal and external audit – explanation/ preparation documents when required.

    HR / Admin

  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence
  • Office management approval applications
  • Employee leave management
  • Booking hotel reservations
  • Monitor office stationery
  • Manage documents filing

Requirements

  • Certificate LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Fresh/ 1~3+ years of experience in accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g: AutoCount/ Epicor systems).
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
