Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across East Coast.
  
• Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.
  
• Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.
  
• To maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers (distributor and wholesaler)
  
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
  
• To handle the credit collection and related issues
  
• To secure the goods visibility of display area for company products & maintain proper display/ merchandising in outlets.
  
• To manage/ ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess min Diploma holder or equivalent field
  
• Min 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry, those from Pet Food industries & with lower trade management would be an added advantage
  
• Has the ability of data analysis and market research
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude
  
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
  
• Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office
  
• Must possess own transport
