Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for advertising services
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies
  
• Pitch and present marketing strategies and campaign concepts to prospective clients
  
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and influencer campaign strategies
  
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
  
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and any related field.
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or influencer marketing platforms is highly preferred.
  
• Strong network within marketing teams or agencies is an advantage.
  
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Results-driven with proven closing ability.
  
• Ability to understand campaign objectives and recommend effective influencer strategies.
