Create and control production orders in line with approved schedules To prepare the daily schedule for slitting Monitor production progress and adjust schedule when its needed Plan usage of raw material and packaging based on the BOM Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for production Review monthly aging raw material and highlight slow moving inventory Work Closely with procurement to ensure material delivery on time Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for raw materials Work with shift executives to optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime Liaise with production, warehouse, procurement and sale to ensure daily operation running smoothly Communication production issues, delays or material shortage to relevant department Maintain accurate production planning data in SAP / Planning board To ensure all production orders closed before month end closing
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory coordination. Knowledge or working experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and coordination skills when working with multiple departments. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
