Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR and Administrative department.
- Performing office clerical and administrative tasks, such as filling, answering phones, assisting in catering for the company events.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Updating HR databases in a timely manner (e.g. leave, company car/HP).
- Managing the cleaners and security guard.
- Assist in food catering for company events / training.
- Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent.
- Required languages (written and spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- 1-2 years’ experience in related field or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Open for SPM level with 2 - 3 years of experience in clerical or office administration support.
- Computer literate: Ms Excel, Ms Word.
- Motivated and willing to learn attitude.
