Job Responsibilities

• Perform and lead statutory audit engagements for clients from various industries.
  
• Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements.
  
• Ensure audit assignments are completed in accordance with IFRS, SFRS, and applicable auditing standards.
  
• Identify accounting, audit, and internal control issues and communicate findings to the Audit Manager and clients.
  
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior auditors.
  
• Coordinate with clients to obtain audit information and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  
• Assist in the preparation of reports, management letters, and other deliverables.
  
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
  
• Support Audit Managers and Partners in managing multiple engagements and meeting deadlines.
  
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CA Singapore, or currently pursuing a professional qualification.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of external audit experience in an audit firm environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an added advantage.
  
• Experience handling Singapore audit engagements will be highly preferred.
  
• Good understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CCH ProSystem fx Engagement audit software.
