Job Responsibilities
- To provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence to achieve the company's vision and objectives in line with the Management directive.
- Overseeing all aspects of the business operations and report to the Management.
- To lead the team, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the company's objectives are met effectively and efficiently as per the Management expectation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making process.
- Define strategies for business expansion, product development, and market penetration.
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments and teams within the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry players.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across the departments.
- Implement best practices and standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Drive innovation initiatives to enhance products, services, and processes.
- Evaluate and recommend technology investments to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
- Identify and mitigate business risks to protect the company's interests.
- Implement robust governance frameworks and controls to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Any other ad-hoc task that might be assigned to you by the Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalents.
- At least 10 years of work experience in IT sector.
- High achiever and able to demonstrate previous and current portfolio of results and client base in software development.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Exceptional client relation and negotiable skills.
