Job Responsibilities

  • To provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence to achieve the company's vision and objectives in line with the Management directive.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the business operations and report to the Management.
  • To lead the team, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the company's objectives are met effectively and efficiently as per the Management expectation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making process.
  • Define strategies for business expansion, product development, and market penetration.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all departments and teams within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry players.
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across the departments.
  • Implement best practices and standards to maintain operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Drive innovation initiatives to enhance products, services, and processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology investments to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks to protect the company's interests.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks and controls to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Any other ad-hoc task that might be assigned to you by the Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalents.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in IT sector.
  • High achiever and able to demonstrate previous and current portfolio of results and client base in software development.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Exceptional client relation and negotiable skills.
