Senior Accounts Executive (Ref: MO3)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Manage high-volume transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
- Maintain and review accounting records within ERP/accounting systems.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide guidance and review work performed by junior accounting staff.
- Identify process improvements and support system enhancements or implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in MNC, corporate, or shared services environments.
- Strong knowledge of full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, statutory requirements, and compliance.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement and system enhancement is an added advantage.
