Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities with industrial food and beverage manufacturers across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
  
• Identify and pursue new business prospects while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
  
• Promote and sell food ingredients, raw materials, and related products to manufacturing clients.
  
• Collaborate closely with R&D, technical, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs.
  
• Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  
• Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s overall growth and strategic objectives.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  
• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food ingredients, additives, or industrial food manufacturing sectors.
  
• A strong technical understanding of food manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  
• Willing to travel within the ASEAN region for business purposes.
  
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
