Job Responsibilities

• Manage enquiry & quotations for simple and straight forward enquiry.
• Receiving orders and issuing Sales Orders.
• Managing well the Order delivery Master list for export sales.
• Managing well OBM system for Sales documentations of generating Stocks Assembly reports, create Bill of Material for new products, issue DO, Invoices for delivery (export sales), generating sales margin report for each invoice & all the monthly invoices and able to rectifying the mistakes and correction.
• Manage and generating monthly closing reports (as require) timely after the cut-off date and summited report without errors.
• Updating Sales Summary & Sales Preplanning Reports up to date as and when orders receiving or order revising.
• Manage the payment collection list of customers.
• To manage Sales documents of overseas and local sales which include enquiry, price list, quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice, delivery schedule, shipping documents and etc.
• To assist on customer’s complaint, internal repair notification, product certificate and etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Business/Marketing or relevant field.
• At Least 2 years hardware or machineries sales experience.
• Good command of Japanese and Chinese language preferred.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel.
• Brilliant presentation skills.
