Job Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services (cuttings, coloring, treatments, styling).
• Ensure customers understand their hair care needs, and maximize the customers' satisfaction on their desired look.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Provide guidance and support to the junior hair stylists
• Achieve monthly sales targets for hair care products and additional services such as treatments or upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a professional and safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist.
• Strong skills in all hair services.
• Knowledge of the latest hair care trends.
• Possessing a friendly and professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to speak multiple languages will be added advantage
