Job Responsibilities

• On-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks (bar code scanners and printers).
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Propose the Service Contract.
• Delivery Orders & submit Quotations to customers.
• Gather information competitor (Label, ribbon & printer).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Electronic / Mechatronic / relevant.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong service orientation.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
• Possess own transport.
• Preferably male candidates aged below 36 years old due to nature of work to be handle.
