Job Responsibilities

• Manage and increase business with existing customers by identifying their current and future service requirements.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and conducting sales calls/ visits.
• Prepare and deliver presentation on company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with customers and service team to meet customers' specific needs and system requirements.
• Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advice to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• Good in communication and presentation skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
