Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across central region.
Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.
Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.
To maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers (distributor and wholesaler).
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
To handle the credit collection and related issues.
To secure the goods visibility of display area for company products & maintain proper display/ merchandising in outlets.
To manage/ ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.
Requirements
Candidate must possess min Diploma holder or equivalent field.
Min 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry, those from Pet Food industries & with lower trade/modern trade management would be an added advantage.
Has the ability of data analysis and market research.
Good communication and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude.
Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin (written and verbal).
