Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for programming, installation, systems setup, testing
- Provide maintenance and service of machines
- Provide technical support to customers
- Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advices to customers
- Develop and maintain close relationship with customers
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
*On job training will be provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
- Open for fresh graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
