Job Responsibilities
• Ensure that standard policies and procedures are developed and implemented across the company. • Manage manpower needs based on among others business direction and staff turnover. Advertise, shortlist, interview, select and recommend suitable candidates for vacant positions. • Manage the Performance Management System and initiate all activities related to this process. • Develop a highly skilled workforce to meet business requirements by implementing programs that align job requirements with individual development plans. Plan, develop and implement appropriate training programs for all levels of employees. • Assist management decision making by ensuring accurate and updated information tools are created and maintained. Source and implement suitable HR systems to process and enhance delivery of information. Oversee the overall payroll processing for the company. • Handle matters pertaining to industrial relations in the company and ensure resources policies and procedures do not hamper industrial harmony. • Ensure that the company complies with all HR and labor legislative requirements. • To ensure all office administration matters are carried out smoothly at HO and branches. • Provide management reports, aid in the form of advisory and consultancy services on relevant HR development/management to the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Professional certifications such as CHRP, SHRM or MIHRM are added advantage. • Minimum 15 years in HR experience with at least 5 years in managerial role. • Proven track record in HR management within the banking, insurance, fintech or financial services sector. • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and Bank Negara guidelines. • Good understanding of compliance, audit and risk management processes in financial institutions. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, highly regulated work environment.
