Business Operation Officer (Ref: 2105)

Job Responsibilities

  • On time respond to customers for inquiries, quotation, documents, delivery arrangement & etc. 
  • Handle customer's order, schedule, delivery confirmation, and follow up. 
  • Manage documents such as airway bill, invoice, packing list, custom form & others. 
  • Interaction with customers, able to resolve transactions, comment, address and resolve client's issue in a timely manner.
  • To coordinate internally and external for product specification, documentation, QA issue as well as stock sufficiency. 
  • Understand customer's situation to foresee customer's demand in order to prepare and adjust stock accordingly.
  • To maintain customers information in system, data base maintenance, prepare budget and report sales result. 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in any field. 
  • Fresh graduate are welcome. 
  • Experience 1- 2 years in Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or business support are added advantage. 
  • Experience in Electronic related industry is a plus. 
  • Skills in Excel & Word.  
  • Languages : English, Malay, Mandarin (read & write)
  • 5 days work (Mon - Fri)
