Job Responsibilities
- On time respond to customers for inquiries, quotation, documents, delivery arrangement & etc.
- Handle customer's order, schedule, delivery confirmation, and follow up.
- Manage documents such as airway bill, invoice, packing list, custom form & others.
- Interaction with customers, able to resolve transactions, comment, address and resolve client's issue in a timely manner.
- To coordinate internally and external for product specification, documentation, QA issue as well as stock sufficiency.
- Understand customer's situation to foresee customer's demand in order to prepare and adjust stock accordingly.
- To maintain customers information in system, data base maintenance, prepare budget and report sales result.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Experience 1- 2 years in Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or business support are added advantage.
- Experience in Electronic related industry is a plus.
- Skills in Excel & Word.
- Languages : English, Malay, Mandarin (read & write)
- 5 days work (Mon - Fri)
