Accounts Executive Cum Admin (Shah Alam)

Job Responsibilities

  • To handle daily accounting, AR, AP, GL and Journal entries -invoice, monitor & follow overdue account and reconciliation.
  • Handle petty cash, monthly payment, staff claim and office expenses against budgeted cost.
  • Assist prepare financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, financial year )
  • Assist in annual budget preparation, liaise with clients, suppliers and ensure internal smooth operations.
  • To perform daily general administration support which assigned by superior.
  • To assist employee timesheets, attendance records, OT claim, support HR recruitment process, onboarding & etc

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking /Business Admin or related field.
  • Min 1 year in Accounting cum Administration role is addd advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write).
  • Details oriented, team work and good communication skills. 
  • On job training will be provided.
