ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (REF: MO)

Job Responsibilities

• To handle account receivable & account payable.
• To prepare debtors list and remind customer of the payment due date and update status.
• To ensure all issued invoices are updated in system.
• Ensure and double check for the invoice details, pricing, item code and etc.
• To process and verify shipment related documents to avoid mistake and ensure good receiving has done.
• Monitor and checking of office expenses, staff claim, petty cash, as well as suppliers payment.
• To prepare monthly report, staff payroll related process, liaison with oversea customers and supplier for transaction matters.
• To carry out duties which assigned by Manager.

Requirements

• Degree /Diploma in Finance & Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of working experiences in Trading company, Manufacturing or Logistic related company.
• Details oriented, meticulous and good communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (read & write).
• Possess own transport.
