Installation of equipment
Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
Interact with customers’ technical teams
Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
