Purchasing Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

1.          To identify business requirements for ingredients, materials and services.
2.          To explore & search reliable suppliers to meet company’s requirements.
3.          To negotiation on pricing, ensure material’s quality and delivery schedule & terms.
4.          Planning for material’s storage operation.
5.          Executive order planning and strategy to ensure sufficient supply for production.
6.          Supplier selection and evaluation, able to review supplier’s contract is an advantageous.''
7.      Knowledge in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP & etc is add plus.
8.      To coordinate with inventory department for order planning. 

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science/Food technology or any relevant field. 
• Min 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing. 
• Able to work independently, good communication interpersonal. 
• Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin. 
• Knowledge in ISO 220000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL & etc is added advantage.
• Working Location : Sri Kembangan/ Balakong 
• Good personality & self-discipline .
