Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing of Payroll.
  • To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Worker Schedule & update Leave Form
  • To process SOCSO claims relating to work related injuries
  • To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF
  • Experience in performance and disciplinary management, employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
  • Arrange training for staffs
  • Handle recruitment and selection process, source for suitable candidates for office
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and relevant authorities and matters pertaining to labor laws, industrial relations, statutory requirements, tax and insurance
  • Responsible for the general office administration such as office supplies, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment
  • Responsible for company vehicles, renewal of license, safety measures and cleanliness.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma/Advanced in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Payroll is an added advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
