Job Responsibilities

• To perform BD to increase profitability and expanding client base and product range in food, beverage, flavours & fragrance, aroma & health. 
• Experience in Food & Beverage in Manufacturing/ Raw Material/ Seasoning or equivalent. 
• To assist MD for sales activities, reporting, team monitoring and provide feedback on achievements, customer needs, requirements for business improvement. 
• Able to travel oversea (HK, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea etc) for Business development and market survey. 
• Develop and manage an active pipeline of customer opportunities. 
• Establish strong relationship with customers and suppliers as well as new partners to achieve business objective. 
• Conduct market surveys, analyse competition and develop sales/business plans. 
• Prepare reports, sales forecasting, manage inventory and maintain high level of customer satisfaction. 

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology or any education background.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in sales experience, exposure of Reginal Sales or Sales Manager position. 
• Preferable has working experience in food & beverage manufacturing, food & ingredient, dairy & etc. 
• Able to travel to oversea. 
• Good interpersonal skill, team player and work independently .
• Able to speak English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write), Japanese & Korea is a plus.
