PROCUREMENT MANAGER (REF:CY)

Job Responsibilities

•     To source, negotiate and dealing with suppliers on raw material, contract, packaging materials & other items.
•      To manage and follow up delivery and shipment with local & oversea suppliers.
•      To ensure suppliers fulfil company requirements on lead time, quality on supply materials and achieved targeted.
•      To execute pricing negotiation, new supplier development & cost saving planning & strategy.
•      Gather market trend and analysis pricing for executing cost saving exercise.
•       Ensure compliance with FSSC22000,ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, MESTi and etc.
•           Manage and lead team to achieve target. 

Requirements

•      Degree in any field.
•      Min 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing or food & beverage related industry.
•      Ability to work effectively, independently and organizing team.
•      Interested in ingredients, beverages and seasoning.
•          Strong at cost management, metrics analysis & tracking and reporting.
  
•       Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
•       Good command of written and spoken English, Malay & Mandarin
