Job Responsibilities

• To calculate quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
• To obtain quotations for tender purpose.
• To prepare of site budget & monthly Budget Summary Report.
• To check of subcontractors’ progress claims.
• To prepare of variation orders and final accounts to customers, subcon & suppliers

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / or Quantity Survey.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage.
• Strong command of English & computer literate.
• Willing to accept Contract Basis employment of 1 year (renewable).
