Job Responsibilities

• To facilitate the implementation and creation of process improvement activity. 
• To identify and develop a robust continuous improvement planning with Management. 
• Using methodologies and techniques to improve process. 
• To improve and review the unnecessary complexity in production process. 
• Monitor project risk, identify trends, maintain documents  & etc. 
• Ensure process comply wit ISO 9001& 14001
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering.
• Min 3-4 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment. 
• Obtained problem solving skills, KAIZEN, Lead Product System skills. 
• Able to speak Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English & Malay 
• Good technical skills and team player.
