To ensure the functioning,
upkeep, maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical utility is maintained
well as per required specifications and regulation.
To eliminate repetitive
breakdowns on all facilities machinery and reduce the machinery and system
downtime.
Conduct monitoring and
tracking electricity consumption and also to develop maintenance repair
plans.
To carry out building
maintenance and manage all facilities machinery maintenance programs and
repairs procedures to improve the efficiency;
To carry out maintenance
improvement plans from time to time;
To ensure safety and
functionality of machinery internal and external compliances.
To work closely with the
local statutory bodies (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, BOMBA etc.)
and ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements.
Responsible to perform any
related duties required by superiors/management.
Requirements
Must Possess Certificate
of Chargeman with competent certification of BO issued by Energy
Commission Malaysia.
Preferably Senior
Executives specializing in Maintenance/ Repair (Facilities &
Machinery) or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) and
above of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
