SHIPPING EXECUTIVE (REF: MO)

Job Responsibilities

• Handling import/export shipping schedule. 
• Liaise with forwarders on air freight, sea freight & inland transportation. 
• Oversee inventory reports, issue PO, DO, shipping documents, custom related task & etc. 
• Ensure shipments to ensure customer's requirement, problem solving for shipment related matter & etc. 
• Assist department Manager in planning & maintaining operating procedures is smooth. 
• Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Superior.               

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistic/ Shipping related or equivalent experience. 
• Min 1 year experience in same industry or trading company or Manufacturing. 
• Willing to learn new thing and able to adapt fast pace environment. 
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
