Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document data-related business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and prioritize data needs to support business goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to define data solutions.
• Conduct data feasibility studies and assess data quality.
• Develop data models, data mappings, and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit data requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data systems and databases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including data specifications.
• Ensure data-related projects adhere to best practices and data governance standards.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and verify data solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 
  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data-related projects.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
6. Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
7. Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
8. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
9. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
10. Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
