Analyse training and requirements for the service force in the region.
Organize and provide onsite, remote and physical training to sales/service personnel and customers in line with global training.
Develop and update training material (eg. Presentations, video, white papers) and provide local customizations.
To promote and recommend the necessary training programs to help develop the skills of our personnel.
Provide prompt & expert application and product support mainly for company standard industrial hardware and software solutions.
Support in marketing activities, clients visitation, exhibitions and products demonstrations.
Analyze market trends as well as gather market information to growth the business.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Knowledge on Automation and Control Instrumentation System (sensor, transmitters, weighing)
Min 3 years of working experience in Technical Support, Trainer or Service Environment in Manufacturing (Food & Beverages, Chemical Pharmaceutical & etc)
