Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients (e.g., SMEs, startups, law firms, inventors).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Present and promote services such as trademark registration, patent filing, copyright protection, IP renewals, and enforcement.
Educate clients on the importance of IP protection and how it benefits their business.
Coordinate with internal IP consultants or lawyers to provide accurate service quotations and project timelines.
Assist in aligning client needs with appropriate legal and technical IP services.
Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking events to generate leads.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Maintain updated sales pipelines.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and forecast future sales.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Marketing, Legal or equivalents.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales management role, preferable in IP Industry.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially in legal, consulting, or professional services.
- Basic understanding of IP rights and registration processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics.
