Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for programming, installation, systems setup, testing
  
• Provide maintenance and service of machines
  
• Provide technical support to customers
  
• Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advices to customers
  
• Develop and maintain close relationship with customers
  
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
  
• *On job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related fields.
  
• Open for fresh graduate.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
