Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service barcode equipment (printer & scanner) at customer site.
  
• Manage all on-site & in-house installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
  
• Build positive relationships with customers.
  
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  
• Propose the service contract.
  
• Prepare & submit quotation to customer.
  
• Visiting the customer to gather market information (label, ribbon & printer) & old model of company.
  
• To promote Printer, Ribbon and Label.
  
• Installation printer driver and Software and customer support.
  
• Perform ad-hoc duties assign by Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
  
• Min 1 year of working experience in similar industry or equivalent.
  
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  
• Good communication and strong service orientation.
  
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Able to communication in English & Bahasa (verbal and written)
  
• Possess own transport.
