Job Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design & Review
  Perform basic electrical system design and review.
  Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, codes, and specifications.
  
• Estimation & Cost Analysis
  Prepare and submit quotations for proposals and tenders.
  Conduct cost and feasibility analyses to match company capabilities.
  
• Technical Support
  Gather project requirements and clarify technical details.
  Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations.
  
• Procurement Strategy
  Provide input on procurement strategy and tender/contract documents.
  Help source reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  
• Collaborative Engagement
  Attend regular meetings with Department Managers.
  Work with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  
• Business Relations & Development
  Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  Assist in developing business opportunities with non-Japanese clients.
  
• Proposal & Contract Management
  Manage proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  Verify sales content, quotations, and PO amounts.
  
• Project Coordination
  Support coordination of site activities, briefings, surveys, and investigations.
  Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  
• Documentation & Record Keeping
  Assist in maintaining organized project records and documentation.
  Support CIDB reporting and track project performance.
  
• Financial Oversight
  Work with the department to ensure proper invoicing and payment collection.
  Verify sales content, quotations, and PO amounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering in M&E Company or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation or cost engineering within Electrical or M&E construction sectors.
  
• Proficiency in high-voltage systems (33kV & 11kV), cable sizing, lighting design, and ELV systems (PA, BAS, CCTV, etc.)
  
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and specifications.
  
• Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and electrical regulations.
  
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Language : English, Malay & Mandarin (read & write)
