Job Responsibilities
- Take care existing customer and new customers who has inquiry from company products or services.
- Able to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve the customer problem in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education by providing product training to customers.
- Working on after sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Helping in the design custom-made products and providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
- Able to select the suitable product by performing the selection calculation.
- Preparing monthly reports timely to inform leader regarding customer situation and requirement.
- Key in customer issues and need in company system.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Join visit with sales members and making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Able to liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshoot.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge in Electric Motors, Motion Control, Linear/Rotary Actuators is a plus.
