Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.
Ensuring the maximization of center revenue and profit and maintaining a consistently
high standard of customer service in the center.
To ensure we set the correct selling strategy and highlighting any potential obstacles
to occupancy immediately to the Director.
Ensure a consistently high standard of presentation is maintained for all the
department and its personnel.
Actively promote a positive open, honest, and effective working environment where all
staff is valued, accountable and contributing to the team’s success.
Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises
evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or
takes appropriate action.
Serves as center representative by responding to and resolving emergency situations
Visit and greeting all postnatal mother stay in center daily.
Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all departmental managers,
full force supporting and advise further actions where necessary.
Handle and resolve complaint or concerns arising from postnatal mother.
Ensure the wellbeing of all departmental personnel and all team operations.
Requirements
Prefer someone with experience in Hotel management (Hospitality). Experienced in operations of confinement centre is an added advantage.
Have good communication skill in Mandarin, Bahasa
Malaysia and English (to handle Mandarin speaking guests).
Pleasant personality, problem solver and able to come up with solutions
Good management and leadership skills
Work under minimal supervision and has good work ethic.
Able to flexible to work on weekends if required and available on call if emergency
accurse.
Working days: By shifts / 6 days off per month / Working Hour: 9 Hours/Day
