Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing
  • Interface the employee data from HCM to payroll system (SAGE – SG Based)
  • Capture all the inputs data to SAGE before processing
  • Create new employee data in HCM
  • Verify manager's claims and notify the manager for the approval
  • Conducting exit clearance process for employee who are resigning.
  • Coordinate on Yearly MST Trainings with Head of HR-SEA such as materials content, trainer schedule, participant nominations and participant profiles.
  • When a particular candidate is finalised and selected, issuing an appointment letter and arrange the candidate for acceptance
  • Send out new hire arrangement to the respective person-in-charge soon after the offer letter have accepted
  • Brief explanation to the new employees on the company policies and fringe benefits, processes of local ePortal access as such for leave, claims and extracting reports (payslip and yearly Employee Assessment forms).
  • Liaise with IT on the problems occur by the SEA employees such as unable to access the GPM or the appraisal forms.


  • Degree/ Diploma in any discipline preferably in Business Management, Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in payroll specialising, preferably in shared-service environment.
  • Independent, analytical with positive attitude, as well as a fast worker.
  • Familiar with vlookup and pivot table.
  • Able to read and communicate well in English.
  • Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
  • 5-day working (Monday-Friday).
  • Attractive remuneration: Basic salary + 13.5 months' salary + Performance Bonus
