-Provide high quality service for incoming calls from customers and prospects related to leads, quotes or orders.
-Leads registration, qualification and distribution.
-Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing. -Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers. -Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the -emphasis on high quality leads. -Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas. -Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation. -Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions. -Generating cross leads to other divisions. -To sell basic IND products to selected accounts via phone and electronic media.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Business Administration, marketing, Sciencesor Engineering (or a related/equivalent field). -Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position or in a technical position. -Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills. -Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
