Proactive sales of products, consumables and/or accessories via phone & electronic media (e-mails, chat, Skype, webinar) to a defined list of dedicated target accounts.Management of inbound demands dedicated target accounts.Build and develop quarterly call plans according to sales and marketing strategy.Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision, negotiation and closing.Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at dedicated target accounts.Revival of non-active customer in the dedicated target account.Plan and execute campaigns to generate high quality leads for follow-up.Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas.Proactive customer prospecting in dedicated target area.Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions.Use of initiative to identify and grow accounts not already in CRM.Generating cross leads to other divisions.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills.Able to detect up-selling opportunities.Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Language: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT JELUTONG,SHAH ALAM.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
